1. Sponsor/Administrator. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Collections, Etc., Inc., 2521 Busse Rd., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007-6118 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is administered by The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, 625 Panorama Trail (Bldg. 2, Suite #100), Rochester, NY 14625 ("Administrator").
2. The Sweepstakes Period is from 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 5, 2008 ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59 PM ET on December 14, 2008 ("Sweepstakes-End"). Administrator's clock governs time. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator's and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and D.C. who are the age of majority in their state of residence or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, other US territories or where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses regardless of where they live) or members of household of Sponsor and Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
4. How to Enter: participation in the Bruce's Jolly Jackpot promotion is via the Internet only and has two components: A daily Instant-Win Game, featuring an electronic spin device (the "Spinner"), and an enter-to-win random-draw Sweepstakes. Go to www.collectionsetc.com and click on the Bruce's Jolly Jackpot link. Then follow the on-screen instructions to enter your complete name, a password (for future visits) and an email address for which you are the authorized user. By registering, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes and one Instant-Win Game play. Each day thereafter, during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be able to return to the site, enter your email address and password that you used for registration and play the Instant-Win Game once per day. You will not receive additional entries into the sweepstakes drawing by playing the Instant-Win Game. If you play the Instant-Win Game and do not win a prize, you will be given the opportunity to refer up to three (3) family members or friends by supplying their full names and email addresses. These referees will be sent emails, using your name, inviting them to register for the Sweepstakes and play Bruce's Jolly Jackpot. For every referee that registers by clicking through the sent email link, the referrer will receive one additional entry into the Sweepstakes. All entrants must supply an accurate, functioning email address for an entry to be eligible and to be notified as a potential winner. It is entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email addresses current. Not more than one entrant may use an email address. "Authorized user" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. All discovered entries made in violation of these rules will be deleted. All winning claims are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or the Administrator, whose decisions are binding. Even if the Instant-Win Game shows that you are a winner, you are not a winner until your eligibility and the potential winning game-play has been verified. No proof of winning will be accepted. Only the Administrator's verification process shall be conclusive and final.
5. Instant-Win Game Prize Selection: There will be 80 random, winning times during the Sweepstakes Period, two (2) random times per day for 40 days. If you are the first player to play the Instant-Win Game at or after a selected winning time, you will be a potential winner (pending confirmation) of the prize. The Spinner will point to a specific prize and a pop-up will confirm that you are a potential winner of a prize and its value. You will then be given instructions for verification. Instant-Win Game Prizes will be fulfilled approximately six (6) weeks after Sweepstakes-End.
6. Sweepstakes Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen in random drawings approximately 15 days after Sweepstakes-End from all eligible entries received/awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified within three (3) business days after the selection is made by email to the email address on the entry. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Grand Prize will be fulfilled approximately eight (8) weeks after Sweepstakes-End.
7. Prizes, Quantity, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Odds:(1) Grand Prize: A check for $2,500. ARV: $2,500. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize: Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. (80) Instant-Win Prizes (two per day): Collections Etc. "Surprise Package." ARV: $28.97 including shipping & handling. Odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize: Dependant on the time of day the Instant-Win Game is played and the number of Game Plays played in the time-period relative to the predetermined winning times. Only the prizes, their number and the values listed in these Official Rules shall be awarded. Instant-Win Discount Coupons: In addition to the prizes stated above, four-thousand (4,000) 10%-off (any size order), two-thousand (2,000) $1-Flat Rate Shipping, one-thousand (1,000) 15%-off (any size order), and four-hundred (400) Free Shipping (any size order) Instant-Win Discount Coupons will be issued.
8. General Terms & Conditions. Sweepstakes and Instant-Win administration, and winner selection and verification will be conducted by the Administrator as an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and legally binding. No participant or winner shall have the right to contest any decision by Sponsor or the independent judging organization concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules or the determination as to the qualification of entries. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, force majeure, network problems or human error and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. Proof of entry is not proof of entry receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Game if in Sponsor's sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Game has been, or could be, compromised or that the Game is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, human error or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control. In the event of cancellation/termination, none of the remaining Instant-win prizes will be awarded and the Sweepstakes winner will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries awarded to the time of cancellation/termination. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry/game play from the promotion if in Sponsor's sole judgment entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Without limitation, all of an entrant's discovered entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if entrant attempts (i) to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Instant-Win Game or the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law. Moreover, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Sweepstakes Entities assume no liability for damage caused to entrant's or any other person's/entity's computer hardware, software or communications network, regardless of cause. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Instant-Win Game, provided that it is possible to award another entry. The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within three business (3) days of date on notification or it will be concluded definitively that the prize has been declined and, without further notice, an alternative winner may be selected in random drawings.
9. Liability Release. By entering this Sweepstakes, a participant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all "costs", which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, the winner waives the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).
10. Prize Conditions. Prizes are awarded "as is" and Sponsor makes no express or implied, warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, in fact or in law, concerning a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure. Prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner and an alternative winner shall be selected in random drawings. After three attempts to contact a potential winner without a response, the prize will not be awarded. Instant-win prizes not claimed will be awarded after Sweepstakes-End in random drawings from among all remaining eligible Sweepstakes entries. Limit one (1) Instant-Win Game prize per person.
11. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes are winner's responsibility and a form #1099 Misc. Income for 2008/2009 (dependent upon date prize actually awarded) will be issued to the Grand Prize winner in the amount of $2,500.
12. Winner's Release. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, voice, likeness and any and all identifying characteristics for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes by Sponsor in perpetuity. This permission includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Sponsor's photographer/videographer for advertising and/or publicity purposes, without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law and winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Sponsor to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.
13. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules or in information supplied by entrants or for programming or computer errors in this promotion.
14. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and Administrator collect personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy found by clicking the "Privacy Policy" link at http://www.collectionsetc.com and Administrator's Privacy Policy found at http://www.ussweeps.com.
15. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Instant-Win Game or Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in DuPage County, IL. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees and shall never include, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests allowed; only one (1) request per outer mailing envelope. You cannot enter the Sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.
