Eligibility: In order to participate in the Wildflower Bread Company “Spell W-I-L-D to Win” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”), you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal U.S. resident living in the state of Arizona or California (Promotion void elsewhere.). Employees and directors of Wildflower Bread Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies and printing vendors (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Upon submission, all entries become the property of Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor returned other than as herein described. By entering, each Sweepstakes participant (the "Entrant") acknowledges acceptance of and compliance with these official rules (the "Official Rules").
Timing: Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2008 at 06:00:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends at close of business on November 26, 2008, or while supply of Official Game Pieces (“Game Pieces”) lasts, whichever occurs first (the “Game Piece Collection Period”). Instant Win Game Pieces must be redeemed for food or beverage prizes by close of business on December 31, 2008. Collect and Win Game Pieces must be entered into play between 06:00:01 AM on November 1, 2008 and 11:59:59 PM MT on December 10, 2008 (“Online Game Period”). No Official Game Piece Letters may be entered into play after the Online Game Period has ended.
How To Enter: A total of 160,000 Game Pieces will be available for distribution. OFFICIAL GAME PIECE DISTRIBUTION BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 1, 2008 AND ENDS ON NOVEMBER 26, 2008 (OR SOONER IF SUPPLIES OF OFFICIAL GAME PIECES ARE DEPLETED). Each Game Piece consists of two parts: an “In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Piece” and a “Collect and Win Game Piece.” Sponsor reserves the right to give away Game Pieces through advertising channels other than as specified herein at Sponsor’s own discretion. Game Pieces may not be transferred, duplicated or shared. Game Pieces are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; or if any part of the Game Piece is determined by the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator (“ISA”), retained by the sponsor to ensure fair play throughout the promotion period, to be illegible, reproduced, counterfeited, mutilated, transferred, sold, exchanged, or tampered with in any way; or if any Game Piece and/or promotion related materials contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Game Pieces containing printing or other errors may be replaced with another Game Piece at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, while supplies last.
There are two ways to obtain a Game Piece:
(1) During the Game Piece Collection Period, at any participating Wildflower Bread Company restaurant: Get a Game Piece when you make a purchase of Sponsor’s choice, while supplies last. As the Promotion progresses, some participating Wildflower Bread Company restaurants may deplete their supply of Game Pieces before others.
(2) Without purchase: For a free Game Piece, (one per day per person) while supplies last, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope including your name, address, city, state, and zip code to: Wildflower Bread Company “Spell W-I-L-D to Win” Free Official Game Piece Request, 625 Panorama Trail, Building 2, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625. Requests must be postmarked no later than 11/26/08 and received by 12/03/08. DO NOT SEND POTENTIAL WINNING GAME PIECES, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS TO THIS ADDRESS. Limit one (1) request per postmarked outer envelope. One Games Piece will be sent in response to each request. No mass or mechanically reproduced requests will be accepted. All requests become the sole property of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mailed requests.
How to play the “In-Restaurant Instant Win Game:” Carefully scratch away the silver coating on the “Scratch Here for Instant Win” area of the Game Piece to reveal whether or not you are an Instant Winner and, if so, the value of your reward (which may be redeemed at a participating Wildflower Bread Company restaurant on a future visit), subject to verification and Entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules.
How to play the “Collect and Win Game:” Carefully scratch away the silver coating on the “Uncover Letter Here” area of the Game Piece to reveal a specific Letter with a Unique Game Code printed beneath. Each Unique Game Code can be entered into play only once, and may not be shared or transferred. During the Online Game Period, visit www.wildflowerbread.com and follow the prompts to play. All online Entrants must read and accept the full Official Rules. After the registration process is complete, the Entrant’s Official Wildflower Bread Game Board will appear on the screen. Each Letter entered into play will be stored in the Entrant’s registration file and will appear on Entrant’s Game Board each time Entrant logs in to play. Letters will automatically be placed onto Entrant’s Game Board where the next available active space exists for that Letter. If a participant collects all of the corresponding Collect and Win Game Letters to complete the word W-I-L- D, they will receive one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. A Congratulations Message will appear on screen.

Collect and Win Prizes:
There are forty thousand (40,000) opportunities for an Entrant to be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize drawing by collecting the four (4) letters required to spell the word W-I-L-D. Odds of collecting all four letters: 1:24.
From among all Entrants who collect all four (4) letters, five (5) winners (the “Finalists”) will be selected. Odds of being selected as a Finalist in this portion of the Promotion will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each of the five Finalists will be invited to a VIP “Lucky Envelope” Party hosted by the Sponsor, with an exact date/location for the event TBD by the Sponsor. (Members of the general public are also invited to this event). At the VIP Party, one (1) of the five Finalists in attendance will be chosen in a random drawing. The four (4) Finalists not selected in that drawing will automatically receive receive a $1,000 Prepaid Gift Card good for Free Gasoline. The individual who is selected (the Grand Prize “Contestant”) will have the opportunity to select 1 of 25 sealed envelopes, which have been provided by the ISA. All details and restrictions on prizes and prize use not set forth in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and will be provided to the applicable prize winner upon verification and awarding of the prize. Random Drawings: Collect and Win Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing, to be held on or about December 12, 2008, from among all eligible Collect and Win entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by the ISA, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning in the Grand Prize drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Online Game Period. Winners must comply with all Sweepstakes rules as published. Potential Collect and Win Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and confirmed in writing that they are a potential prize winner within two (2) business days of the drawing date. In the written notice, the ISA will provide all necessary documentation that the winner must execute before being entitled to redeem their prize and participate in the “lucky envelope” event. All potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Release Documents”), within seven (7) days of written notification. How to Claim Your In-Restaurant Instant Win Game Prizes and Discount Certificates: There is no purchase necessary to claim an In-Restaurant Instant Win Game prize for free food or beverages. (A purchase is required, however, for Discount Certificates). To claim an In-Restaurant Instant Win Game free food/beverage prize (or to use your Discount Certificate), surrender original Game Piece with winning message before placing your order for the food/beverage prize or discount named at any participating Wildflower Bread Company Restaurant no later than close of business on December 31, 2008. Game Pieces may not be redeemed for the order placed to receive the Game Piece, but may be redeemed on a future order. Instant Win Game Pieces must be surrendered prior to placing an order for the food prize/discount named. The Game Pieces (winning or not) have no cash value and may not be applied toward previously placed orders or prior purchases. Official Game Pieces must be redeemed during normal hours of operation during which the named menu item is served. Instant Win Game Pieces may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Limit: one (1) Instant Win Game Piece redemption per person per visit. For purposes of this Promotion, a “visit” shall be defined as any physical appearance at the same Wildflower Bread Company restaurant during any two (2) hour period.
Conditions and Limitations: All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the “Prizes” section above. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where such use is prohibited by law. By entering, each Entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, its advertising/promotions agencies, participating retailers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, offices, employees, agents and suppliers, against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) due to any injuries, theft, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) acceptance, receipt, possession, misuse or use of any prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any malfunction of the entry website; (d) any error in the collection or retention of entry information; or (e) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. The Grand Prize Contestant, if applicable, based on the outcome of the lucky envelope pick, will be solely responsible for all car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer prep, emissions inspection, additional/optional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle above and beyond the prize value stated above. Delivery of vehicle will take place at a dealership designated by Sponsor within approximately sixty (60) days of notification. The interior and exterior color options of the Grand Prize vehicle will be coordinated with the winner, who must provide proof of insurance and have a current, valid driver’s license.
Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the State of Arizona without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of laws provisions.
Direct Marketing: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor collects, through a third-party partner, personal information about users when registering for the Sweepstakes and Entrants agree to receive future communications from Sponsor, or their authorized partners/agents. Entrants may choose to opt-out of receiving future communication from the Sponsor or their partners/agents.
